TEG delivered a category leadership solution with the Philips Avent brand to grow brand equity and compliment the high quality of the Philips Avent brand and it’s  values.

 

The store within a store solution was paramount, with clear category definition and 'ease of shopping' for the shopper being at the centre of the insights.  We worked with Philips Avent consumer and Shopper Marketing research to showcase the  complete range of Philips Avent products.  When shoppers walked into stores, we wanted their impulse reaction to be 'that's where I need to go'. 

 

The solution was an outstanding success, and gained a sustainable competitive advantage  over competitors through   securing premium merchandising floor space and sustainable growth in sales with a 55% increase in scan sales from installation.

 

Whilst sales are most important, this solution was also recognised globally and was presented in Chicago, as winner of the best category management in department stores/mass merchants.
